How To Use Go Platinum Metallic Gel Liner

In this video, we’ll explore the Silver Metallic Liner Gel—your ultimate tool for creating intricate and and eye-catching nail art with ease.

Gel Polish

Apply Base Color

Start with clean, prepped nails. Prepping properly makes all the difference, so don’t skip this part! For more detailed tutorial please watch How to prep your nails lesson.

First we are going to show you how to use it on top of gel polish. Apply a gel base coat on the natural nail. Cure for 30 seconds under a LED Lamp. Next, pick your favorite gel color, here we are using Disco Diva - a stunning electrifying fuchsia-pink magnetic gel polish

Apply a thin layer and hold the magnet wand parallel to the nail (only magnetic shades will require magnet). Repeat on the top bottom and both sides of the nail. Once you've achieved the desired effect, quickly place your hand under Nailboo's Pro Cure LED Lamp for 10 seconds to freeze the design in place. Repeat the same steps on the rest of the nails. Fully cure for 60 seconds.

Check if you are satisfied with the opacity. Apply an additional coat and magnetize to achieve the desired coverage and depth of color.

Apply Metallic Gel Liner

Next, wipe the nails with alcohol before painting. This step removes gel inhibition layer and helps your lines be extra precise, allowing liner to apply smoothly. Now, when you're ready to paint your design with the Silver Metallic Liner Gel, remember to shake the bottle well before use. This ensures that the pigments are evenly mixed. Before applying the liner, wipe off any excess gel from both the brush and the stem to keep your lines neat and precise. Use the brush to draw your design, whether it’s thin lines, delicate ornaments, or intricate patterns. The highly pigmented formula ensures full coverage in just one thin layer. After you're done with your design, cure it for 60 seconds.

Apply No Wipe Gel Top Coat

Finish with a no-wipe top coat, floating your brush gently over the design to avoid disturbing the metallic finish. Cure for another 60 seconds. And voila—your metallic masterpiece is ready!

The silver shine may slightly diminish after curing, as the pigments settle and the finish solidifies. This is completely normal and part of how the product works.
