      How to lose a long time customer in one transaction…

      I’ve been using Nailboo for years. I’ve turned on dozens of clients and friends to it. I ordered a bunch of powders and this liquid set in MAY. The liquids weren’t sent with the order. I then embarked on a TWO MONTH journey to get the liquids. The customer service was awful. I own a retail shop and if we failed this bad I would have comped the order and immediately got a replacement out. Not Nailboo.

      Love the New Dip Liquids

      Great Liquids! I still have to use the brush clear with the top coat, and I do get the dust off my nail before using the top coat. But I use 2 coats for that awesome finish. The Base Coat is also great for starting my manicure. I do not have any qualms about the Base Coat at All.

      New Formula

      I have not tried the new formula yet. I order so I will not be without while doing my nails. The only thing, I wish we could purchase is a set of extra brushes like we receive in the kit.
