      Love the New Dip Liquids

      Great Liquids! I still have to use the brush clear with the top coat, and I do get the dust off my nail before using the top coat. But I use 2 coats for that awesome finish. The Base Coat is also great for starting my manicure. I do not have any qualms about the Base Coat at All.
